Through the use of sports medicine and exercise science, the Centre for Sports Medicine at GHC Hospitals is committed to assisting all athletes, whether competitive or recreational, in realising their full potential and avoiding injuries.

We can assist each person in maximising their athletic performance via a mix of physical testing, physical training, nutrition, and mental training. Our staff uses the most advanced diagnostic technologies along with the human touch to assist injured athletes in quickly returning to play through a comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach.
